Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Emily graduated from the University of North Alabama and started working in the title industry in 1993. After returning to her home state of Florida, she joined Hall & Runnels as a pre- and post-closer in 2011. She keeps the closing process going from open to close.

A graduate of Auburn University, and a native of Alabama, Angie has worked in the title industry since 2004. She joined our team in 2014 and became a licensed title agent in 2017. She spends a lot of her time keeping up with two sons – sports, school activities, and time on the beach.
